2. The prayer in this petition that the Court should direct the Metropolitan Magistrate to record the statement of the Petitioners under Section 164 Cr PC in relation to an FIR registered in Badayun, Uttar Pradesh is misconceived.

3. It will be open to the Petitioners to seek other appropriate remedies that may be available to them in accordance with law.

4. The petition is dismissed.
