% 08.12.2016 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the respondent states that the respondent is willing to accept the inventory of vehicles held by the petitioner at cost.

In view of the aforesaid statement, the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the arbitral tribunal for such relief as may be advised.

It is clarified that nothing stated in this order shall be construed as an expression of opinion on the merits of the case and both parties are at liberty to raise such contentions as may be advised before the arbitral tribunal. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid observations.
