W.P.(CRL) 1819/2017 In sum and substance, by the petition, the petitioners seek directions to the respondent nos. 1 & 2 to extend security apprehending threat to their life.

Off-shoot of the petition is an incident dated 5.6.2017 and the dispute is amongst the residents of the same building.

No specific instance of failure attributable to the State however, is pointed out.

Ms. Vohara, ld. ASC on her part however, states that the police will not fail in its duty and the necessary protection, if required, shall be extended by the concerned SHO.

Ms. Vohra also comes forward to state that the petitioners would be provided with the mobile nos. of the beat constable and the

SHO PS Nihal Vihar as well.

Let it be done.

In view of what is stated by Ms. Vohra, the petition stands disposed off accordingly.
