% 30.11.2018 Vide impugned order of 15th July, 2016, petitioner has been directed to deposit a sum of ₹57,500/- in favour of respondent. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that a sum of ₹28,750/- has been deposited with the Registry of this Court. Learned counsel for respondent submits that he has no objection if the aforesaid deposit made by petitioner is refunded to petitioner. Both sides submit that out of court settlement has taken place and the settlement amount of ₹20,000/- in cash would be handed over to respondent, who is present in Court, during the course of the day. Learned counsel for respondent further submits that upon receipt of the settlement amount of ₹20,000/-, pending execution petition would be withdrawn by respondent.

While taking on record the aforesaid undertaking given on behalf W.P.(C) 11108/2016

of the parties, this petition and pending application stand disposed of with liberty to either side to get this petition revived, in case of any default. DASTI.
