1. The Court has attempted offering solutions to the parties. Respondent No. 1 is agreeable to replacing the pots on either side of the third parking area with 4 - 6 inches' high bricks or tiles, to be embedded in the ground on the already earmarked lines on either side, without blocking the rear access that the Appellants already have from the gate placed in the service lane.
2. However, Appellant No. 2, who appears in person, is not agreeable to this suggestion. Appellant Nos. 1 and 3 have not appeared through counsel, despite the matter having been heard for more than half an hour. There was no one even seeking a pass-over.
3. Having heard the parties, and with there being no resolution possible, the FAO(OS) 188/2017 Page 1 of 2
Court directs that the status quo order passed by this Court on 16th June, 2017, which was made absolute on 2nd September 2019, shall continue during the pendency of the suit before the learned Single Judge with liberty to the parties, if they arrive at a settlement, to seek its modification or variation before the learned Single Judge in accordance with law.
4. The appeal is disposed of in the above terms. S. MURALIDHAR, J.
TALWANT SINGH, J.
