% 12.10.2018 Present execution petition has been filed by the decree holder seeking execution of the decree dated 13th October, 2017 passed in CS(OS) No.570/2016 passed in accordance with the settlement agreement executed between the parties.

Admittedly, vide order dated 20th September, 2018, the judgment debtor company has been put in liquidation and the Resolution Professional has been appointed as the Liquidator. Consequently, the present execution petition and pending applications are disposed of with liberty to the decree holder to file appropriate proceedings in accordance with the law.
