% 07.02.2018 CRL.M.(BAIL) 1119/2017 & BAIL APPLN. 1203/2017 On behalf of the petitioner and the respondent no. 2, it is submitted that the matter has already been settled between the parties. The marriage between the petitioner and the respondent no. 2 having been dissolved by a decree of divorce through mutual consent on 10.11.2017 in HMA 494/17 of the court of the Principal Judge, Family Courts, West, Tis Hazari and thus, on behalf of the respondent no. 2 and the State as well, there is no opposition to the grant of the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail. The petitioner and respondent no. 2 are present in person. In view thereof, in the event of arrest, the petitioner is allowed to be released on anticipatory bail on his furnishing a bail bond in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the

satisfaction of the learned Trial Court.

The application is disposed of.
