However, it is brought to the notice of the court by applicant that even as on date the respondent's website indicates that the refund application is pending. It is stated by respondents that the file is yet untraceable. In these circumstances, the application shall be processed and appropriate orders be made afresh within two weeks and communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of.
