% 19.04.2018 By this petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 887/2016 under Sections 323/342/377/506/34 IPC registered at PS Shakarpur on the complaint of respondent No. 2.

Considering the allegations in the FIR under Section 377 IPC, which is an offence serious in nature, this Court finds no ground to quash the FIR in question.

Petition is dismissed.
