1. It is stated that no settlement is possible at this stage.
2. It is stated that the Petitioner has appointed its arbitrator. Counsel for the Respondents have no objection to the Court appointing an Arbitrator on their behalf.
3. Accordingly, the Court appoints Mr. Justice Mukul Mudgal, former Chief Justice of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana (Mobile No. 9818000250) as the Arbitrator on behalf of the Respondents.
4. The two arbitrators will appoint the third Arbitrator within 4 weeks. The Arbitral Tribunal will proceed in accordance with the Arbitration and ARB.P. 674/2016
Conciliation Act 1996 as amended with effect from 23rd October 2015 in the matter of disclosures and the fixing of fees and other terms and conditions.
