% 21.07.2017 Today matter is listed for recording of statement of petitioner No.14. Statement of the petitioner No.14 has been recorded to which he has settled all his disputes amicably with the respondent No.2 to 4 as per MOU/Compromise Deed dated 10.05.2016.
Statements of the parties except petitioner No.14 have already been recorded vide order dated 19.07.2017.
In view of the fact that the parties have amicably resolved their differences voluntarily and out of their own free will and without any coercion, pressure, and no useful purpose will be served in continuance of the proceedings. It would be in the interest of justice to quash the abovementioned FIR and the proceedings pursuant thereto. There is no legal impediment in quashing the FIR in question. Consequently, FIR CRL.M.C. 3990/2016
No. 547/2014 registered under Sections 147/148/149/323/308/506/427/452 IPC at P.S. New Friends Colony, New Delhi and proceedings pursuant thereto are hereby quashed.
The petition is disposed of.
