O R D E R

% 07.11.2016 Respondent nos.3 & 4 are the parents of respondent no.2. An FIR No.244/2011 under Section 354 IPC was registered at police station Nangloi on the complaint of respondent no.2. Respondent no.2 has alleged in the FIR that on 28th August, 2011, she was present at the shop of her father when petitioner came there and demanded a water bottle. While she was handing over the water bottle to him, he touched her breast. Petitioner and respondent nos.2 to 4 have now settled their disputes before Delhi Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. Terms of settlement have been recorded in the proceedings dated 1st October, 2015 of learned Mediator. Respondent nos.2 to 4 are present in Court and state that they have settled the matter

with petitioner before the mediation centre of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure and coercion. Respondent no.2 admits having received the entire settled amount.

Respondent nos.2 to 4 submit that they are not willing to pursue the FIR any further and same may be quashed.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the parties, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 244/2011 under Section 354 IPC registered at police station Nangloi and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
