% 26.10.2016 W.P.(C) 10191/2016 & CM No.40253/2016(interim direction) The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent - Ministry of Home Affairs, FCRA Wing, to consider and decide the application of the petitioner dated 14.03.2016 for renewal of its certificate issued under Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010, before 31.10.2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the application shall be decided before 31.10.2016.

In view of the above, no further orders are called for in the petition. Needless to state that the order passed on the application of the petitioner shall be communicated to the petitioner. In case the order is against the petitioner, the petitioner shall have liberty to avail of such remedies as may be available in law.

The petition stands disposed of in the above terms. Dasti under signatures of the Court Master.
