% 12.07.2017 This petition is filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking apart from other reliefs, the relief to restrain the respondents from disposing, selling or alienating property No. 22162217, Phase II, Urban Estate Dugri, Ludhiana, Punjab. On 26.10.2016 this court had passed an interim order restraining the respondents from alienating, transferring or creating third party interest in the said property.

As per the office report, the respondents are served. None has appeared for the respondents.

Accordingly, the interim order dated 26.10.2016 is confirmed. The petition stands disposed of.

The petitioner may take steps for appointment of an arbitrator/settlement of the matter with the respondents within six weeks from today.
