% 18.07.2018 CM No. 28159/2018 After some hearing, learned counsel for the applicant/ petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application stating that he would raise all legal contentions and issues before the Authority including contention that they are incorrectly interpreting decision dated 23rd April, 2018. We take the statement on record and dismiss the application as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. We also clarify that if the applicant is aggrieved by any order or action, it will be open to them to challenge the same in accordance with law.
