% 21.12.2016 Petitioner seeks parole for repair of his House no.202, Gali No.5, New Kardam Puri, Delhi. It is noted that brother-in-law of petitioner is living in the adjoining house, that is, House No.201.

In the status report, it is mentioned that no one was found residing in the house of petitioner. It was found locked and is being looked after by the brother-in-law of petitioner. It is noted that petitioner was released on furlough in the month of January, May and August, 2016 but no steps appear to have been taken by him for repairing the house during said period.

As regards, plea of maintaining social ties is concerned, petitioner has been out on furlough for three weeks

and two weeks respectively on three occasions, lastly being in the month of August, 2016.

Petition is dismissed.
