% 06.07.2017 The learned counsel for the respondents concede that applications of the petitioners are either before respondent No. 2 or before respondent No. 1. Be that as it may, all those applications which are pending before respondent No. 2 will be considered as per the norms of respondent No. 2 and thereafter if need be forwarded to respondent No. 1 for necessary action. Those applications which are already with respondent No. 1 shall also be processed expeditiously in order that the case of the petitioners can be considered for the academic session 2017-2018.

The petition stands disposed of.
