% 26.10.2016 Ms. Rathore, learned counsel appearing on behalf the petitioner states that she would be satisfied, if this Court grants her liberty to file a claim before the Official Liquidator, appointed in respect of the respondent-company, in accordance with law, as and when invited.

Mr. Mayank Goel, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Official Liquidator fairly does not oppose this request. In view of the foregoing, the present winding up petition is disposed of with permission to the petitioner to file a claim, in accordance with law, before the Official Liquidator, as and when the latter invites the claim. Pending application also stands disposed of.
