% 25.10.2016 The petitioner is aggrieved by the letter of rejection dated 25.07.2016 vide which the Deputy Commissioner has rejected the allotment of a water trolley site to the petitioner. Against this order, an appeal is admittedly filed which is pending before the Commissioner/East Delhi Municipal Corporation. It is pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioner that no date has been given by the Commissioner. Admittedly his application seeking interim relief is also pending before the Commissioner. The Appellate Body i.e. the Commissioner shall expedite the hearing of this appeal and shall dispose it of within an outer limit of four weeks from today. Petition disposed of.
