% 24.07.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant petition the prosecutrix is major, however the prosecution does not agree. He further submits that the next date of hearing before the Trial Court is 12.07.2018, which is a very long date. He further submits that he wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a preponement application before the Trial Court and would agitate his bail application before the Trial Court. Learned APP for the State has no objection to the same. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly, with liberty as prayed for.
