% 12.07.2017 This is a petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India filed by the mother of 20 years old girl who was missing since 03.05.2017. On the last date of hearing, Anamika was produced in Court. Pursuant to the directions issued, Amit has been produced in Court today. Anamika submits that she is happily staying with her mother and brother. She also submits that she would not leave her home without informing her mother. She further submits that she would not like to keep relations with Amit, as he is a married man with two children. Amit also undertakes to the Court that he will not make any attempt to contact Anamika. Anamika submits that her certificates of Classes 10th and 12th and her Aadhar Card are lying with Amit. Amit submits that he will locate the said documents and handover the same to Anamika through the IO. Amit is directed to handover all the documents of Anamika to her through the IO within one week from today.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
