% 21.06.2017 Ms. Vohra, ASC seeks another adjournment to file status report on the application for Parole of the applicant. An enquiry report by SHO PS Moti Nagar has however, come to be filed by Ms. Vohra. As per the said report, the marriage of the sister of the petitioner has come to be held on 20.6.2017. Ms. Vohra does not dispute the factum of the receipt of an application seeking Parole made by the petitioner in order to attend the marriage of his sister and thereafter, other customary ceremonies.
Marriage of the sister of the petitioner having already taken place, ld. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be allowed to join his sister on the occasion of Eid in custody, to which Ms. Vohra has no objection.
Keeping in view the totality of the facts and circumstances, the petition is disposed off, with the directions that the petitioner shall be
taken to his residence at H. No. C-1124, J.J. Colony, near Gurudwara Shani Bazar Road, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi -110 059 in custody in plain clothes on 26.6.2017 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Copy of this order be also sent to the Jail Superintendent for compliance.
