CRL.M.C. 4007/2016 Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was granted bail by learned ASJ vide order dated 14th October, 2016. He has further submitted that the petitioner is a student of B.Com final year and he has to go to Canada and he being a student could not arrange the amount and by borrowing from the near relatives he could deposit rupees one lakh only. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the amount of surety bond be reduced to Rs.50,000/-.

Learned APP opposed the same and has pointed out that rupees one

lakh is already deposited with the Court of learned ACMM. Looking into the facts and circumstances of the case, since the petitioner is stated to be a student, the personal bond and surety bond is modified and reduced to Rs.50,000/-.

The present petition is disposed of accordingly. Copy of the order be given dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
