The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.58/2015 registered under Sections 420/467/468/471/34 IPC at PS Preet Vihar. Status report is on record.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties including the counsel for the complainant and have examined the file. By an order dated 05.07.2017, the petitioner was granted interim bail on certain conditions by this Court.

It is informed that all the loan payment has already been made; it stands accepted by NBFC vide letter dated 11.09.2017. 4.

It is further informed that the petitioner remained in custody in this case for 45 days before he was granted interim bail. 5.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, interim bail granted vide order dated 05.07.2017 is confirmed on the same terms and conditions.

The bail application stands disposed of.
