% 27.10.2016 Respondent no.2 alleged in the FIR that he introduced Pradeep Kumar to petitioner no.1 as Pradeep Kumar required loan. Pradeep Kumar took loan of `4,00,000/- from petitioner no.1 and Pradeep Kumar pledged his car with petitioner no.1. The said vehicle was stolen while it was with petitioner no.1. Petitioners are brothers and they started exerting pressure on him to get the loan amount refunded. On 3rd September, 2016, they came to his house and forcibly took him with them and gave beatings. Petitioners and respondent no.2 have now settled their disputes vide memorandum of understanding dated 13th October, 2016. Respondent no.2 is present in Court and submits that he has settled the matter with petitioners
of his own free will without any undue force, coercion and pressure. He submits that he is not willing to pursue the FIR any further. Keeping in mind the nature of allegations and the fact that parties have settled their disputes and respondent no.2 does not wish to pursue the FIR any further, in the interest of justice, FIR No.278/2016 under Sections 365/342/323/506/34 IPC registered at police station Pul Prahlad Pur, which is at the investigation stage, is quashed.
