The matter has been placed before us in the National Lok Adalat with the consent of parties, who are present through their counsel. 2.

The parties have settled the dispute. The Cholamandalam General Insurance Company Limited-Respondent has agreed to pay a lump sum enhancement of Rs.3,90,000/- over and above the Award of the MACT amounting to Rs.12,18,025/-.

At the request of the learned counsel for the Cholamandalam General Insurance Company Limited-Respondent, four weeks time is granted to the insurance company-respondent to deposit the enhanced amount of Rs.3,90,000 with the Secretary, Delhi High Court Legal Service Committee, failing which it will carry interest @ 9% per annum on delayed deposit. MAC.APP. 533/2015

The Secretary, Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee may then release the amount to the appellants/claimants Vindhayawasni, Km. Anjali, Master Sujeet, Ravinder Nath Tiwari and Prabhawati in terms of the Award on production of documents of identification. 5.

The matter is accordingly settled.

This Award be placed on the record of the case. 7.

The file be consigned.
