% 22.07.2016 CS(OS) 1974/2015 Case file has been taken up pursuant to order dated 01.06.2016 of learned Registrar (Original) on the basis of orders dated 30.05.2016 of learned District and Sessions Judge (West) and order dated 24.05.2016 of Ms. Raj Rani, ADJ-09, West, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi. The matter has been sent back in view of notification no.5456/DHC/Orgl/2016 dated 28.04.2016.

However as per clarification received from learned Registrar General conveyed through to Registrar (Original), only IPR related matters are to be retained in this Court as per aforesaid notification. Accordingly the case file sent back to the court of learned District and Sessions Judge, West, Tis Hazari Court. Parties are directed to appear before learned Ld. District Judge, West District, Tis Hazari Court Complex, Delhi for 15.09.2016 at 10.00 a.m.
