% 16.12.2016 By the present petition the petitioner had sought quashing of FIR No.136/2016 under Section 420 IPC registered at PS C.R. Park on merits. Learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent No.2 state that during the pendency of the present petition parties have arrived at a settlement and thus a petition for quashing of FIR on the basis of settlement could be filed. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition seeking quashing of FIR on the basis of settlement.
