W.P.(CRL) 3152/2016 Petitioner nos.2 to 10 are the relatives of petitioner no.1. Respondent no.2 and petitioner no.2 have settled their disputes amicably. Petitioner no.1 has pronounced talaaq . Talaaqnama has already been executed. Respondent no.2 is present in Court and admits having settled the matter with petitioner no.1. She further submits that she has received the entire settled amount of

`10 Lakhs and is not willing to pursue the FIR any further. Keeping in mind the facts that petitioner no.1 and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably, inasmuch as respondent no.2 does not wish to pursue the FIR any further and their marriage has already been dissolved, in the interest of justice, FIR No.613/2014 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC registered at police station Sangam Vihar and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed.
