% 26.10.2016 Petitioner is stated to be squatting near gate Shiv Mandir, Ganga Ram Hospital Road, PS Rajender Nagar, Delhi. In support of his case he has filed certain challans. His submission is that he is adequately protected under Section 3(3) of the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014.

Per-contra learned counsel for the respondent submits that the challans filed by the petitioner does not create any vested right in favour of the petitioner. His additional submission is that petitioner has since been removed from the site. Be that as it may. Since disputed question of facts has arisen this petition is disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach TVC of

NDMC and address his grievances, if any.

No further orders are called for in this petition. Petition disposed of.
