BAIL APPLN. 1205/2017 & CRL.M.B. 1122/2017 On being queried, but for adverting to disclosure statement of co-accused Sachin @ Cheenu for his involvement in offices under Section 147/148/149/302/307120B/34 IPC, no incriminating material is pointed out by ld. APP.

Applicant is stated to be only about 21 years of age and no criminal antecedent has come to be pointed out. Keeping in view the totality of the facts and circumstances, the appellant is admitted to anticipatory bail on his executing personal

bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned IO/SHO.
