The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.105/14 under Sections 406/420/468/471/120B/34 IPC registered at Police Station E.O.W. Status report is on record. 2.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. The petitioner is in custody since 8.4.2015. Upon completion of investigation, a charge-sheet has already been filed. 3.

During the course of arguments, petitioner's counsel, on instructions, offered to deposit `15,00,000/- within two months BAIL APPLN. 2275/2016

without prejudice.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the custody period undergone by the petitioner and his offer to deposit `15,00,000/- without prejudice and subject to future adjustment (if any), the petitioner is admitted to bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `50,000/-with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

The petitioner shall deposit `15,00,000/- within two months before the Registrar General of this Court. The amount will be invested in interest bearing FDR. 5.

The bail application stands disposed of.
