W.P.(CRL) 1829/2017 The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent to grant parole to the petitioner for a period of four weeks. The application for grant of parole has been made on account of the proposed cataract surgery of the father of the petitioner. It is submitted that the application for grant of parole had been moved on 26.05.2017 and the same has not yet been decided.

Notice is accepted by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

pending with the respondent, the respondent is directed to dispose of the same within a period of three weeks.
