% 31.03.2016 The disputes between the parties have been settled in mediation. The settlement agreement dated 03.02.2016, duly signed by the parties, their respective counsel and the learned Mediator is on record. The terms of settlement appear to be fair, just & reasonable and there is no impediment in accepting the same.

Accordingly, the suit stands disposed of in terms of the said settlement, which shall continue to bind the parties. The plaintiff shall be entitled to refund of the entire Court Fees since the disputes have been settled in mediation.
