% 14.11.2017 Costs of Rs.10,000/- in cash have come to be handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner, while stating that the remaining costs of Rs.10,000/- stands deposited with the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee.

Learned counsel for the respondent, seeking to place on record a copy of the e-mail message dated 10.11.2017, stating that the petitioner has since joined on 09.11.2017. Learned counsel for the petitioner, conceding to that effect, submits that the instant proceedings may be closed and the petitioner reserves the right to agitate the right accruing to the petitioner on account of the delay caused in implementing the order dated 13.07.2016. In view of the joining of the petitioner, though, with the judicial intervention, the petition is disposed off, reserving the rights, if any, accruing to the

petitioner for the delay in compliance of the orders, as may be available.

Petition stands disposed off accordingly.
