% 17.05.2017 Vide order of 28th July, 2016, respondent was directed to decide petitioner's appeal within a period of three weeks. In this contempt petition, violation of aforesaid order of 28th July, 2016 is alleged. Learned counsel for respondents draws the attention of this Court to the reply of 10th November, 2016 (Annexure R-9) by respondents to point out that petitioner's appeal has been decided and the ban put on petitioner has been kept in abeyance till adjudication of disputes. During the course of hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court that the disputes are still pending before the Arbitral Tribunal. Upon hearing, I find that since the directions issued vide order of 28th July, 2016 has been complied with, therefore, this petition has become infructuous. The grievance of petitioner of not being allowed to participate in the bidding process despite being enlisted, cannot be agitated in the contempt proceedings and if so advised, petitioner may Cont.
