Counsel for petitioner submits that in view of aforesaid mediated Settlement Agreement of 13th December, 2018, FIR No. 315/2018, under Sections 3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, registered at police station Shakarpur, Delhi and proceedings emanating therefrom have been quashed today in Crl.M.C. 1170/2019 and so, this application has become infructuous.

Aforesaid stand is not disputed by learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent No.1-State as well as counsel for complainant/ first-informant of FIR in question.
