CM No.42444/2016(delay) By the present application filed under Section 151 of the CPC, the petitioner seeks condonation of delay of 6 days in re-filing the present petition.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the delay of 6 days in re-filing the present petition is condoned. CM(M) 1282/2016 1.

By the present petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the only relief sought by the petitioner is to decide the application of the respondent under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 CPC and the application under Section 11 CPC filed by the petitioner.

It is urged that the interim injunction application is pending against the petitioner since long time and continuation of which will cause prejudice to the petitioner.

In the interest of justice, the trial court is requested to dispose of the injunction application filed by the respondent against the petitioner within a period of four months from today.

The petition is disposed of.
