% 21.06.2017 CRL. M. A. NO. 10107/2017 (exemption) Exemption allowed, subject to just exceptions. The application stands disposed off accordingly. BAIL APPLN. 1209/2017 Incident is the off-shoot of a trifle issue amongst the students, who used to travel in a bus to go to college. Two stab injuries are allegedly inflicted. Though, the injuries are opined to be dangerous, it ipso facto, is not sufficient to assume that the injuries were inflicted to cause murder.

Applicant is aged about 22 years and is in JC since 17.2.2017. Challan has since been filed.

Keeping in view the totality of the facts and circumstances, the applicant is admitted to bail on executing personal bond in the sum of

₹10,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court/concerned MM/Duty MM/Link MM.
