PC submitted on conclusion of further investigation in terms of order dated 01.10.2011 into FIR no.RCBD1/2009/E/0018 dated 04.09.2009 u/s. 420, 468 and 471 IPC corresponding to Delhi Police FIR 140/2009 of police station Tilak Marg, New Delhi. The petition and the pending application are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
