% 10.09.2018 Mr. Mukesh Gupta, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the East Delhi Municipal Corporation has handed over in Court, a copy of the demolition order dated 02.02.2010, passed by the competent authority, in relation to the subject property bearing No.B5, Main road, Kanti Nagar, Shahdara, Delhi. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to assail the said order dated 02.02.2010, by way of a statutory appeal before the learned ATMCD, in accordance with law.

Leave and liberty granted.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of

accordingly. No further directions are called for. Pending application also stands disposed of.
