In the revision petition, the petitioner has impugned the order dated 27.09.2014 passed by learned ASJ thereby acquitting the respondent. Infact, against the order of acquittal, leave to appeal should have been filed. CRL.REV.P. 794/2014

Learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw revision petition with liberty to file leave to appeal along with an application praying for condonation of delay for the period this revision petition was pending before this Court.

The revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
