CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MANMOHAN

O R D E R

% 28.06.2017 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present writ petition, provided the petitioners are granted three months time to vacate the premises in question. Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions of the petitioners who are personally present in Court, also assures and undertakes to this Court that petitioners shall withdraw the civil suit being CS No. 177/2017 titled Md. Javed & Anr. Vs. Husan Ara, pending in the Court of Ms. Neha, Civil Judge, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi.

The statements and undertakings given by learned counsel for the petitioners are accepted by this Court and petitioners are held bound by the same.

Keeping in view the fact that the minor children of the petitioners are studying in a neighbourhood school, this Court grants the petitioners three months time to vacate the premises in question. However, it is clarified that this order shall not affect the rights and contentions of respondent no. 1.

With the aforesaid directions, present petition and applications stand disposed of.
