The suit was disposed of by Hon'ble Court vide order dated 14.10.2015. Certified copy of agreement dated 09.04.2008 has been filed with the IA. In the index of documents filed along with the IA, there are other documents also besides the agreement dated 09.04.2008. Learned counsel for plaintiff submits that at this stage, the agreement dated 09.04.2008 be returned and he will file certified copies of the other documents if original of them have been filed and they are also required by the plaintiff.
