% 28.06.2017 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 9th/11th June, 2017 before the Appellate Tribunal, MCD. With the aforesaid liberty, the present writ petition and applications stand disposed of. However, to facilitate filing of the appeal, this Court directs the NDMC not to enforce/implement the order dated 9th/11th June, 2017, till 6th July, 2017.
