The present suit has been filed by the Plaintiff-Mr. Kuldeep Singh inter alia seeking declaration, partition, possession and injunction with respect to properties:

(i) Built up joint property bearing nos. B-116, Gali No.9, New Usman Pur Delhi-110053 (ii) Built up joint property bearing nos. B-117, Gali No. 9, New Usman Pur Delhi-110053 (iii) Built up joint properties bearing nos. B-131, Gali No.9, New Usman Pur Delhi-110053 and;

(iv) Industrial Property bearing No. L-257, Sector-3, Industrial Area, Bawana Delhi.

Ld. counsel for the Plaintiff submits that he wishes to withdraw the present suit as there has been an out of Court settlement between the parties.
