% 04.11.2016 The status report has been tendered in Court and taken on record. The facts stands verified that the petitioner has undergone intestinal operation at Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital. He is advised one week rest in jail ward. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at his residence the petitioner would be in a position to live more comfortably and his dietary requirements would also be adequately met by his family. He points out that the petitioner was hospitalised for two weeks for his surgery. Considering the aforesaid circumstances, the parole of the petitioner is

extended by a period of three weeks on the same terms & conditions on which he was earlier granted parole.
