The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No. 445/2011 under Sections 364A/368/120B IPC and Sections 25/27/54/59 Arms Act registered at PS Sarai Rohilla, Delhi. Status report is on record.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. The petitioner is in custody since 23.12.2011. Coaccused persons with similar allegations have been granted bail by this court vide order dated 26.05.2016 and 04.10.2016. Statements of the material prosecution witnesses have already been recorded. 4.

While granting bail to co-accused Manvir Singh @ Manny and Harpreet Singh @ Mikka, it was noted therein that the material

witnesses including the complainant have not supported the prosecution. Learned APP has informed that there is no other incriminating circumstance at present against the petitioner to connect him with crime.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 1,00,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

The bail application stands disposed of.
