This is an application on behalf of Defendants No.3 and 4 for returning the original documents.

The present suit is one for partition of the property. It is stated that the suit was settled and the Plaintiff sought permission to withdraw the suit and the suit is dismissed as withdrawn.

The Defendants now have filed this application for returning of the original documents back to Defendants No.3 and 4. The document primarily bearing a letter No.1/1-E(128)/S.A.B./51, Government of India, Ministry of Rehabilitation, New Delhi dated 07.04.1951 is to be returned to Defendants No.3 and 4.
