W.P.(C) 10144/2016 It is submitted by respondent that the refund applications are apparently incomplete for lack of some forms which were furnished on 11.11.2016.
It is stated that the refund application would, therefore, be processed within a week and a direction to that effect is issued. In the circumstances, the respondent shall ensure that the refund amount with interest shall be credited to the petitioner's account within a week. In case of any discrepancy, it is open to the petitioner to move an application in that regard. The same shall be decided within one month of its receipt by the
concerned VATO.
